CLEVELAND, Ohio — The Cavs’ initial injury report for Friday’s game against the Philadelphia 76ers at Rocket Arena has Jarrett Allen listed as questionable with a right knee contusion. It’s the same knee that was already giving him trouble coming out of the preseason.
