LIMA — The underpass at Collett Street/Fort Amanda Road is temporarily closed after a semi-truck struck it. The incident happened after 2 p.m. Friday. The city contacted CSX Transportation to request an inspection of the structure to be sure it was safe before the roadway could reopen. Traffic is being detoured via Oxford Avenue/West Vine Street and Adgate Road. Motorists should seek alternative routes and allow additional travel time.
