AKRON, Ohio -- Northern Summit County voters delivered mixed results on taxes and other local ballot measures Tuesday, approving a Stow-Munroe Falls school levy and Boston Heights tax measures while rejecting road levies in Bath, Northfield Center and Twinsburg townships.
